Returns - Cancellations

Cancellation Policy 

Orders placed cannot be cancelled once processed. Before placing an order please make sure you intend to keep the order. We will not be held responsible for cancelation requests once the order is in transit through the system. 

14-Day Return Policy

Returns must meet the eligibility guidelines below.

Only authorized returns with a valid case number may be sent back within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below. 

Eligibility Conditions

Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, LightStorm reserves the right to refuse the return.

All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories. 

We can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and tracking. Any return that cannot be located by a trackable courier will be ineligible for a refund or credit. 

Nonreturnable Items

  • Opened or used Items— original packaging cannot be unsealed
  • Open Box Sale Items or sale items sold in bulk packaging.
  • Improperly used items or inability to correctly operate an item
  • Select special-order merchandise
  • Items arriving later then estimated shipping date (we are not liable for delays caused by FEDEX, USPS, UPS, AMZL or DHL)

Defective or Damaged Items

Fitbit Trackers / Pedometers : Issues pertaining to charging, battery life or syncing are handled by Fitbit directly. 

All Fitbit merchandise is sold under warranty.  (if a replacement is necessary fitbit will provide and ship a new item) 

Access the Fitbit Live Agent Portal http://help.fitbit.com/apex/PreChat3?chatType=support  this will connect the customer directly so the unit can be diagnosed for support or a replacement 
 
All Other Product:

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model. We will not accept returns of defective merchandise without a valid support case number from the manufacturer.

Exchanges

Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.

Refunds & Credits

When a return is authorized, buyer is responsible to ship it back with the specified time frame. Once received and inspected, we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
